Applicant Password Reset

This form is for former students and applicants who no longer have an active University of Melbourne user account to reset their password for the Course Application system.

If you are a current student or recent graduate with an active University of Melbourne user account, you must reset your password using the Student Account Management page.

Enter your student ID or application username and your personal email address below. These details must match what was recorded against your previous application or enrolment at the University. A verification email will be sent to the email address, so if you no longer have access to this email account you will need to submit a request providing additional identification details.
